Refund policy

Your satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. Every product we ship is crafted with care and quality standards that define our brand. If, for any reason, your order doesn’t meet your expectations, you’re welcome to request a return or exchange within 45 days of your purchase.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in new, unused condition
  • Include all original tags, labels, and packaging materials
  • Be free from assembly, wear, or damage after delivery

Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

To begin the process, email our support team at contact@shinemesh.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once your request is approved, pack your product securely in its original box and include proof of purchase and ship back to same US address mentioned in original package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure your item arrives safely at our facility.

Processing Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within four (4) business days. You’ll receive an email notification once your request has been completed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.
If more than 15 days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at contact@shinemesh.com.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used roughly.
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces.
  • Items damaged after delivery.

If your order arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately at contact@shinemesh.com. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or full refund once the issue is verified.
